By accessing and using Journey Talent Partners' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

Services

Journey Talent Partners provides contingent recruiting services, including:

  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Interview coordination and feedback
  • Offer negotiation assistance
  • Placement and onboarding support

Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
  • Respond to candidate submissions in a timely manner
  • Pay agreed-upon fees for successful placements
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information

Candidate Obligations

Candidates agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Communicate availability and interest honestly
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Honor commitments made during the placement process

Fees and Payment

Our contingent recruiting model means fees are only due upon successful placement. Specific fee structures are outlined in individual client agreements.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice. Obligations that arose before termination (such as fees for completed placements) remain enforceable.

Privacy Policy

Use of our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.

Amendments

Journey Talent Partners may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.

Limitation of Liability

Journey Talent Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
